1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License and Usage

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the app developer. This license is for lawful purposes only and does not permit use of the app in any jurisdiction where such use would be unlawful.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

This app offers auto-renewable subscriptions with a 1-week free trial. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period at the rate selected.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Prices and subscription durations are displayed in the app and on the App Store purchase page.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, trademarks, and service marks in the app (excluding open-source data sets acknowledged separately) are the exclusive property of the app developer or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the app without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to code, servers, data, or services.
  • Using the app for scraping, unauthorized distribution, automated queries, or spamming.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app except where permitted by law.
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software through the app.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the app is at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app and any services performed or provided by the app are provided "as is" and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties and conditions with respect to the app and any services, either express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, of satisfactory quality, of fitness for a particular purpose, of accuracy, of quiet enjoyment, and of noninfringement of third-party rights.

No oral or written information or advice given by us or our authorized representatives shall create a warranty. Should the app or services prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
